The launch of Thrive by 35 adds a new dimension to our offering, as it seeks to reach younger clients often overlooked by traditional financial services. The initiative complements our ongoing expansion, including the recent opening of a second office in central London.

The move comes amid mounting national concern around the decreasing number of young homeowners. While 59% of under-35s owned property in 2000, that figure has fallen to just 39% today. Over the same period, average UK house prices have surged by 244%.
