As part of its ongoing commitment to the cause, which helps people in northeast Essex who face incurable illness, Matthew Douglas is offering free financial advice to residents, families and carers at a special drop-in event.

Whether you’re a patient at the hospice looking to get a better understanding of how to navigate Inheritance Tax concerns or implement tax-efficient estate planning, a family member or carer concerned about your personal finances, we’ll be offering a 30-minute consultation completely free of charge.

From 10am-4pm this coming Monday, 24th June 2024, our director Matthew Pescott Frost and adviser Paul Hardy will be in The Joan Tomkins Centre at St Helena Hospice on Barncroft Close in Colchester, offering free advice on a range of financial planning topics, including:
